Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges Policy for Cyrus Wheels Online Purchases.
Returns:
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days from delivery.
- A restocking fee of up to $100 may be charged to cover shipping costs and credit card transaction fees.
- The item must be in its original packaging and must not be damaged or altered in any way.
- Wheels and tires that are undamaged and free of defects may be subjected to a restocking charge of $99.00.
- Accessories that are undamaged and free of defects may be subjected to a restocking charge of $15.00.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Returns must be made within the first 30 days after delivery.
- Customer Service must be contacted prior to any return.
- All original packaging, manuals, documents, etc. must be included with the returned merchandise.
- Returned items must not be damaged or altered in any fashion. Otherwise, the guarantee and warranty will be void.
Damaged Products:
- If the product has been damaged in shipping, please provide proof and contact Customer Service immediately.
- Products damaged by the customer will not be accepted for returns or exchanges, and the warranty will become void.
Exchanges:
- In the event the wrong item was shipped, Cyrus Wheels will exchange the product for the correct item identified on the order.
- All original packaging, manuals, documents, etc. must be included with the returned merchandise.
- The returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
- Cyrus Wheels is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.
Products Purchased from Another Vendor:
- Only products purchased from Cyrus Wheels are eligible for returns. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned to that retailer
