WARRANTY

Cyrus Wheels hereby issues this limited warranty to delineate the rights of the purchaser and to limit Cyrus Wheels' liability with respect to warranty claims.

Cyrus Wheels guarantees that their wheels will remain free from structural failure under normal and intended use for the duration of the original retail purchaser's ownership. Failure to adhere completely to these instructions will render this warranty void.

Cyrus Wheels warrants that their manufactured products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of one year from the date of retail purchase.

Additionally, Cyrus Wheels guarantees that chrome and painted aluminum finishes will be free from peeling or lifting on the face of the wheel for the first year, while PVD finishes will be free from such issues for a period of two years.

It should be noted that polished aluminum wheels, if not clear-coated, are prone to oxidization and require regular maintenance. As a result, polished aluminum finishes are not covered under warranty.

With the exception of surface rust or corrosion, Wheel Pros provides a warranty for the paint and plating on steel wheels for a period of 100 days.

Under no circumstance shall Cyrus Wheels be held liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

It is important to underscore that this warranty is inapplicable if:

- Damage occurred due to the failure to completely follow the provided instructions in the Cyrus Wheels Consumer Information and Installation Guidelines.
- Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance.
- Damage or structural failure was a result of an accident or road conditions.
- Damage or structural failure occurred due to the improper use of the vehicle, including but not limited to on and off-road racing.

This limited warranty represents the sole express warranty provided and replaces all other warranties, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

Furthermore, it should be emphasized that Cyrus Wheels' products are not designed to be used with any accessories or adapters other than those supplied and/or approved in writing by Cyrus Wheels. Any use of an accessory or adapter not manufactured by Cyrus Wheels will void this warranty.

In order to initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must return the wheel to the retail or wholesale dealer from whom the product was originally purchased for visual inspection, along with a copy of the original sales receipt. If the dealer determines that the wheel has failed to perform as expected under this warranty, the wheel will be repaired or replaced at the sole and absolute discretion of the dealer. It is important to note that such repair or replacement does not include the cost of removal, shipping, installation, or reinstallation of the wheel.

This warranty expires upon the transfer of title of any products by the original retail purchaser.
